The Finance Table is recommending that the salary and benefits for the Río Texas Conference District Superintendents for 2027 be set as follows:
Compensation
Cash salary for 2027 is set at $103,355 per annum.
Compass, Clergy Retirement Security Plan, Comprehensive Protection Plan, Health Benefits, and utilities shall vary according to their actual cost.
Expenses to be Provided by the Districts
Office space, office telephone, postage, secretarial service, printing, office utilities and insurance on furniture and equipment if applicable, library and periodical expenses, entertainment related to the district, and other normal expenses related to the superintendency not paid by the Annual Conference.
The district shall also provide a parsonage, parsonage utilities (not including personal long distance), parsonage maintenance and insurance on parsonage, or an appropriate housing allowance.
